She is a singer-songwriter whose songs reveal genuine, sometimes humorous, portraits of innocence lost, the wonder and struggles of friendship and love, amidst flashes of ecstatic beauty rocketing from the mundane. With a voice simultaneously expressive, powerful and sweet, her beautifully constructed melodies and acoustic guitar-driven songs create an energized and engaging experience. How wonderful?
